Ready For This Challenge To Help You Finish The Year Strong?
This week was a whirlwind. First of all… Jeff came back to visit.
At this point, he’s like a member of the family. And, he’s stayed out of the pool so we’re making progress.
I also got to spend some time coaching our students at ITN on building their business and had a nice (much needed) dinner date with Zak and Rain.
On Thursday, I kicked off a personal 100 day challenge and I’m LOVING it!
You see, as of Thursday there were only 100 days left in 2022. (I know, it’s wild.)
And I plan to finish this year strong. I’m choosing to make it count.
I want to look back on December 31 and be in awe of what I was able to do.
So… how does it work? Simple.
You choose 3 things you will or will not do over the next 100 days. And you set a clear way to measure it.
For example, my 3 things are…
1. No alcohol
2. Write every day and finish the first draft of my memoir by the end of the year
3. Post 50 times to social media
I’m also setting a stretch goal in my challenge (totally optional) of 50 workouts by the end of the year.
Why am I doing this?
To show my SELF, once again, that everything is possible if I choose it to be so.
I’m doing this to build confidence, trust, and compassion for my SELF.
To show my SELF what I’m capable of.
And to create the SELF I want to be by 2023.
