I’m not big on crowds or lots of people since I tend to be such an introvert.

Instead, I prefer small groups where I can connect with everyone and just… relax. You know?

It’s funny…. When I ask people this, they usually say YES! For sure, that’s me!

But when it comes to our AUDIENCE, we tend to think that more is better.

We’re not here for the small groups. We want everrrryyyybodyyyyy to pay attention to us!

But did you know you can make 6 or even 7-figures with a small audience?

Yessir.

Shifting Your Mindset to Make Big Money with A Small Audience

Have you ever thought…

“If I just had a bigger audience like so-and-so, I could make great money too!”

I did.

I used to believe that to make the elusive 6 – 7 figures, I needed a massive audience. Like a million people.

Just the idea of growing my business with a small following seemed impossible.

But then, I realized that size doesn’t matter.

(ok, ok… I know but let’s let it slide, ok?)

Ahem… where was I… right… it’s not just about the size of your audience; it’s about how you engage with them and the value you provide.

So, I rewrote my story around how I had to have a big audience to make big money.

I became someone who sees opportunities in growing their audience and maximizing sales to their current followers.

Someone who knows that a small but engaged audience can lead to big dollar signs.

The identity statements I created were…

“I’m the kind of person who sees opportunities to grow my audience every day.”

“I’m the kind of person who sells more to my current audience with ease, even though it’s small and knows I don’t need a huge audience to make sales.”

And then I acted as if these things were completely true.

Did I doubt it at first? Of course!

But I made this mindset work my full-time job and slowly but surely, the money from my small audience started rolling in!

This mindset shift was wildly empowering.

It allowed me to focus on building deeper connections with my existing audience, serve them by selling my offers, and still explore new ways to grow.

So… I invite you to work on creating the identity of YOUR future self.

The Strategies to Make Big Money with A Small Audience

To grow your audience and maximize your sales with the one you have, you need a strategic approach that leverages both engagement and expansion.

I knowww… busting out the big words!

Here’s how you can do it:

Grow Your Audience

Building a larger audience involves consistent efforts across multiple platforms.

The bottom line is this…. Solve your ideal client’s #1 problem and they will follow you (and eventually pay you) for more.

Let’s get a plan shall we?

Step 1: Identify three platforms where your ideal audience hangs out (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc).
Step 2: Develop a content plan for each platform. Again… Give them value and solve their biggest problems!
Step 3: Use OPP (Other People’s People) How can you get in front of someone else’s audience and then give them a link to your freebie to grow your own list?
BONUS Step: Use targeted ads to attract new followers interested in your content. ONLY do this when you know your audience and their pain point better than you know yourSELF!

Sell to Your Current Audience

Even with a small audience, you can make a great income by having high ticket offers (I talked about this a couple of weeks ago so dig out that email!)

And here’s the thing…

You can make a substantial income with a small, engaged audience!

Let me show you some ways…

Scenario 1: Selling a $1,000 coaching package

To make $10k a month, you only need 10 sales.
To make $20k a month, you need 20 sales OR you can charge $2,000 and only need 10 sales.

If you want to turn up the volume… charge $5,000 for a coaching package and get 2 sales for $10k or just 4 sales for $20k. It’s totally possible!

Scenario 2: Selling a $5,000 coaching package

To make $10k a month, you only need 2 sales.
To make $20k a month, you only need 4 sales

Scenario 3: Selling a $10,000 coaching package

To make $10k a month, you only need ONE sale!
To make $20k a month, you only need 2 sales per month!
