How to Successfully Manage Overwhelm
What a week!
There’s so many exciting things happening in my businesses… deadlines, content, programs, launches…you name it!
Then there’s Rain’s schedule (which is sometimes as full as mine) and my husband who… I actually really like and choose to spend time with!
It’s a lot.
AND… I’m refusing to feel overwhelm from any of it.
I’m just not going to do it.
It’s easy to forget that we always have control over how we feel – especially when we are overwhelmed and things are hectic.
But we do!
At any time, we can stop and shift how we feel and what we think.
We can assume the identity of someone who doesn’t do overwhelm. Of someone who doesn’t stress when things go sideways.
We can choose to remember that we’re ok in every moment and that this too shall pass.
By doing so, we’re not wasting precious time, energy, and well-being wallowing around in our problems.
And instead, we can place our focus on next steps and how to move forward.
It’s much more enjoyable that way.
Remember, you don’t have to compromise your time, health, energy, or boundaries to have the life of your dreams.
YOU are always in control.
