How I Made $250k in One Day On A Program Without A Name
This week was the first week I got to breathe and just BE in our new home. It feels so good.
As I shared with you last week, I needed a moment to just be and to focus on SELF Care.
And boy did I focus!
You see…
I’ve started to notice small changes as I age that I wanted to get control of so that I can age powerfully, not gracefully.
For example…
I noticed that it’s easier for me to gain weight but harder to lose it.
It’s easier for me to wake up in the morning but harder to stay asleep at night.
And then there are the little things… feeling just a bit more achy in the morning than I used to, my eyesight not exactly being 20/20, and my mental health feeling challenged because of ALL of these things.
So, I took action!
I booked an appointment with a functional medicine doctor here in LA who immediately started getting me on the right track.
I’ve been doing all the tests and changed up my diet and workout. I’m eating more protein, greens, and berries and avoiding refined carbs, etc.
OH… and I cut out all alcohol. (I miss the champs but she’ll be there when I’m ready for her again.)
I also started taking some new supplements meant to help improve my overall well-being. (If you’re interested… MitoPure, Qualia Senolytic, and VSL probiotics.)
I’m also enjoying a nightly walk after dinner in our new neighborhood and it’s been such a great way to wind down in the evening.
In just a few days, I’m feeling SO much better! And I’m just getting started.
I am very clear that without my health, nothing else I want to show up and be or do in this world will be possible.
It is now my highest priority.
I’m determined to be in the best shape of my life before the end of the year. THAT is the identity of my Future SELF and I can’t wait to meet her!

How I Sold A Program Without A Name
Once upon a time, I had an idea for a new coaching program.
Something that people had asked me for for years but I just wasn’t ready to actually do it.
I had other things to focus on. Bigger fish to feed.
Until one day, I couldn’t ignore the calling anymore.
I had 3 people in one week ask me if I had ever considered doing the thing I had been thinking about! Was this a sign?
Never one to ignore the Universe, I decided to dip my pinky toe in the water and see if there was any interest.
I reached out to a friend of mine who was having a small event a few weeks later and said, “Hey, do you have any interest in a program about “X”? And/or do you think the people attending the event would have any interest in it?”
She immediately responded and said, “Yes and YES! I’ve actually been looking for something just like this!”
I knew I was onto something.
So, me being me, I immediately began to shift my identity into being the person who has a coaching program around X. I embodied my Future SELF.
I knew if I didn’t, I would never be able to show up and offer it with confidence so I spent weeks acting as if I was already my Future Self.
Every morning I visualized mySELF coaching people to do the thing.
I shifted my calendar so I could make room for this new program (that absolutely NO ONE had signed up for because I hadn’t even shared it!).
I just decided that they would. Because, why the fuck not?
You see… when you create a new Identity, you can’t doubt it for a second. You have to go ALL IN and act as if you’re already that person now.
There is no room for flip-flopping. It’s an all or nothing game.
And no, it’s not always easy and yes, I fucked it up, but I always got back on track. No matter what.
So let’s pause and think… what is the thing YOU want to do? To create? To offer?
And who do you have to become in order to do so?
Start BEing that person today – no matter what.
Do ONE thing. Let’s GO!
The Three Things You Need To Make Sales
Ok so you’re probably wondering what happened next. How it all turned out…
Let’s get into the strategy of how I pulled this off.
First, I put together a presentation that gave tremendous value to the audience.
Then, I created an offer.
The only thing missing was the name of the program. It just wasn’t coming to me.
I tried out a lot of options, ran them by my team, Zak, and peers but nothing was landing.
But I didn’t let that stop me. Details.
I showed up at the event, shared a stupid amount of content and value, and at the end I said, “If you want to go deeper on this, just let me know.”
Before I could even make the offer, someone in the audience said… “How much?”
Laughter broke out but I knew they were serious.
The woman hosting the event said, “Ok, raise your hand if you want to be a part of this program that Cynthia has created.”
Everyone in the room that it was a fit for raised their hand.
So, I gave them the offer… the high-level details of the program and the investment.
I shared that they could make a deposit that day and we would schedule a call to make sure it was the right fit for them.
If it wasn’t, I would give them a full refund. If it was, the deposit would save their seat in the program.
And then… wait for it…
And then… someone said, “What’s the name of the program?”
I shit you not.
So… I told the truth… “I don’t have one yet.” And I didn’t apologize for it, I just stood in my power.
Her response?
“I don’t care. I want in anyway.”
You can’t make it up.
I closed $250,000 in that one day for a program that didn’t even have a name…and I share this, as always, to be of service and to be an example to YOU on how to sell more courses.
I see coaches and creators ALL the time who say to me, “My offer isn’t ready to go or I need to create the content, come up with a name, design a sales page, blah blah blah.”
But as you can see… you don’t need ANY of that.
You just need these 3 things:
- To know (on the deepest level) the pain and problem your audience has
- To know (and be able to FEEL) their desired outcome and their desired identity
- A solution that you are confident will give them that
That’s it.
Here’s what those three things were in my example:
- I knew that my audience didn’t understand why they’re still working so hard to make money when they’ve already done so much in their career.
- I knew that they desired to be the person who works less and makes millions while spending time with their loved ones doing whatever the fuck they wanted and WITHOUT working more or creating anything new.
- I knew that I had a solution that would give them that because it’s something I’ve done in my own life and business for 13 years. I have the receipts. I know it works.
When you nail this in your own business, you’ll be able to have people say, “Immediately, yes” to you too.
Get clear on those things.
Stop with dialing in the details and thinking you have to have it all just perfect (this is just a story.)
Embrace the identity of your Future SELF.
Make the offer.
