I'm a girl from the Appalachian Mountains who great up without running water or indoor plumbing. I overcame a dysfunctional childhood filled with crippling poverty, abuse, addiction, and mental health issues, and went on to become one of the most successful coaches in the world.
I've written best-selling books, worked with celebrities and been featured in media all over the globe.
I did it all through rewriting my stories and stepping into the identity of my future self. In other words, I became SELF Made.
