How was your week?  

Mine was absolutely amazing. Let me tell you about it.

First of all, Zak was out of town the entire week for a retreat so Rain and I had the house to ourselves.  

Now, I love my husband with my whole heart but your girl also loves alone time. Like LOVES it. 

I don’t need to be around other people, well… ever. 

I’m so good on my own.  

I also took some white space away from work after finishing a massive project and found mySELF just enjoying LIVING in my own home. 

Does that make sense?  

My days were wide open and the weather was beautiful this week in LA so I truly lived my best life. 

I read, I did some art, I thought about my next and who I need to be to step into it.  

I’ll talk more about that this week but it was so nice to have the opportunity to pause and take inventory of my life and what I want before just diving right into the next thing. 

I’ll talk about that more in today’s issue.  

Oh, and I’m excited to roll out a brand new format for this email – either next week or the following week. I’m not sure which yet but I think you’ll like it!  

And last, but certainly not least, Rain had her first winter formal this week! My girl is growing up so fast!  

She had a wonderful time followed by a sleepover with three teenage girls at my house. Lol And I loved it.  

It’s so meaningful to be present and witness them finding theirSELF. Plus, they say the wildest shit sometimes!  

Ok, I’m headed out for brunch with some friends.

The Power of the Pause (And What I Discovered When I Took One)

You ever finish a massive project, take a deep breath, and think… Okay, what now? 

That was me last week. 

After spending months turning my courses into passive income machines, I decided to pause.  

To actually stop and think about what’s next—not just in my business, but in my life. 

Because here’s the thing… success isn’t just about moving forward. It’s about making sure you’re still headed in the right direction. 

So, I stopped.  

I took a step back.  

I gave mySELF space to breathe, reflect, and live in the beautiful life I’ve built. 

And honestly? It changed so much. 

I Enjoyed Living My Life

• I enjoyed just walking through my gorgeous home, sitting in chairs I don’t sit in often, redecorating a smidge here and there.  
• I allowed mySELF to be present. 
• I drank my morning coffee slowly, with no rush to check my phone, from the comfort of my bed while enjoying the view. 
• I redecorated my office—not for who I am now, but for who I’m becoming (seriously, this was so much fun). 
• I I indulged in skincare, long showers, and slow evenings with candles and books. 
• I finished a piece of art I’ve been working on for months and started a new one. 
• I took time to think. No screens. No distractions. Just me, my thoughts, and my next move. 

And in that space, so much clicked. 

I Got Really Fucking Clear on What’s Next – The Power of the Pause

See, when you stop running on autopilot—when you actually pause—you see things differently. 

I revisited my Unapologetic Goal (you know, that one BIG goal that’s so bold, it feels almost delusional – mine truly is but that’s not the point.). 

I checked in with mySELF: 

• Am I still moving toward the life I actually want? 
• Are my priorities aligned with where I’m headed? 
• Is my business fueling my dreams—or just keeping me busy? 
• What is the identity of my Future Self and who do I need to become in order to be ready for my “next”? 

And with every question, my next step and my new identity became crystal clear. 

Building an Empire Isn’t Just About Money—It’s About Mastery

Now, don’t get me wrong—turning my courses into passive income streams? That was a power move. 

It means I don’t have to hustle for sales every day.  

It means I can take time off without my income taking a hit. 

But the goal isn’t just to make money.  

The goal is to build an empire that gives me the life I want that also helps other people live an amazing life right alongside me.  

(Seriously, can we all just do this together like now??) 

And that empire? It’s being built strategically. OMG SO strategically. 

• Not by working more. 
• Not by chasing every opportunity. 
• But by moving with intention. 

Everything I create is intentional and fills a need.  

No random courses or content, thank you. 

And now, I’m stepping into my next level.  

• Not scrambling.  
• Not second-guessing.  
• Just owning it.

Look…  

I know the world tells you to just keep going. To work harder. To push through. 

But maybe… what you really need is to pause. 

• To sit in your life and actually live it. 
• To ask yourself if what you’re building still excites you. 
• To take the time to dream about what’s next before you rush into more doing.
